Afterschool Care
How do you cancel: Just shoot us an email 48hours before the monthly payment is pulled and we’ll cancel it. Enrollment is ongoing, so the spot will open up to other kiddo’s, reenroll anytime, whenever there’s another spot open.
Early Release: If you have purchased Afterschool Care and included Wednesdays, your price includes the additional hours on those days. We will pick up (or parent drop off at shop) will be at 12:45 from the school instead of 2:30.
How many kiddos in class: We currently cap our classes at 8 kids per day.
What are the ages/grades for After Care: We enroll kiddos from 1’s-5th grades.
How many instructors will be on hand? There will always be at least two, sometimes three instructors (depending on the day and enrollment numbers).
Billing: We charge at the 1st of every month; the price will be prorated for holidays and closures.
Sibling Discount: We offer 20%, just email me before you sign up and I’ll send you the code.
The Little One’s
Billing
We are switching to monthly billing this year (last year we did per session which was roughly 2 months’ worth of classes at a time). Having a more consistent revenue base will allow us to offer classes at a less expensive rate ($70 monthly). Holidays and closures are already factored in, the price will be prorated for those events.
Perks!
Stay and play after class! We now have a rotating 'process art' activity for the littles to enjoy at our picnic table.
Canceling: You can cancel at any time, just try and give us 48hours before they pull your payment on the 1st. Shoot an email to nancy@musicalmonsterspdx.com. Just be sure to include your name and your kiddo’s name as well!
How do you sign back up? Re Enroll when you are ready, just as long as there's space in the class.
What if you miss a class? You can make up a class on another day that works better for you! We buffer in several kids to our cap so that you can make up a class without having to worry if it’s full, just pop in!
Do you have any discounts for siblings? The sibling discount is currently 15% off. Please email me if a code is needed!
Guitars
How many kiddos are in the class? We take 2-4 kiddos in class.
What ages can enroll? We currently have two separate groups, one for 5-7yo (Rockers) and one for 7-10yo (Rollers).
Which class do we enroll in? All kiddos must take the fundamentals class first. After that you can sign up for your age group. Class enrollment is ongoing, we start a new song cycle every month. At the end of each month enrollment will be available for open spots.
Billing: We pull payment on the first of every month, holidays and closure are already factored in and the month will be prorated for those events.
